Welcome to MorningNhu
Hi, my name is Nhu Le. I’m a coffee lover and passionate traveler that I have traveled to over 20 different countries and lived overseas for 1+ years. I have worked as a Test engineer and Business analyst more than 10 years for companies across a variety of industries. Before I got the worst news, my life was pretty wonderful. It was not perfect, but I had what I wanted, a good job, amazing trips exploring different places, cultures, cuisines and people around the world.
My journey with cancer
At this time, I am living with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a group of blood cancers. Now, I’m just one of the millions of people who get cancer diagnosis every year. And like most people, I had no idea how I got there. But when it happened, I accepted it as a part of my life, not feelings of fear, stress or anxiety. Although I was very weak and fatigued that time when diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma in September 2018. Being the treatment, I feel better that I have benefited from chemotherapy. As I know, they are doing everything to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors, but nothing to help my body resist cancer. So, I’m not sure what’s going on, cancer can come back one day or not. But this is not important to me anymore.
Live for today
I read and research a lot about anticancer, diet, healthy lifestyle. I am not a doctor or a health professional but I would like to share all experiences on what I have learned along my health and healing journey with the hope it can be useful to you. Cancer is not the end, it is something make you stronger, healthier and happier in every single day. Life is going on, and I still keep working and traveling, see more of the world.
